Meet The Team
Sam Bussey (she/her)
Founder & Executive Director
Originally born in Spokane, WA, Sam moved to Western Kentucky at a young age and was raised in Paducah, KY by her mom, Cathy. In school, Sam was a dedicated athlete, participating in soccer, track and field, cross country, and her favorite, basketball.
​
After graduating from St. Mary, Sam attended Murray State University, where she received her Bachelor's in English, with a minor in Psychology. It was during her time in Murray that she came out and realized a great need for LGBTQIA+ resources and the idea for OutFit was born. However, her dream of OutFit was put on hold when she went on to attend Valparaiso University School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctorate. Sam returned to her hometown of Paducah in 2015, where she has served her community through the legal field since.

While limited, Sam enjoys spending her free time on stage as her drag king persona, Trey Rawlings. As Trey, she hosts a bi-monthly, all-age drag show at a local favorite, Paducah Beer Werks. Through the shows there, she strives to continue her mission of creating a safe and inclusive environment for the community.
Korrina Davidson (she/her)
Assistant Executive Director
A Paducah native, Korrina has always been passionate about the growth of the community.
​
A graduate of Lone Oak High School, Korrina has an extensive and diverse background spanning from the service industry, to real estate, to banking. Though her methods may be unconventional, she is dedicated to constantly learning and evolving. You can always count on Korrina as a wealth of knowledge for random facts.
​
Korrina's passion for event planning go hand-in-hand with Sam's love for drag, as she works behind the scenes at the Paducah Beer Werks drag shows to orchestrate production. As a hard worker with a servant's heart, she enjoys staying involved with various community outreach projects.
​
As time allows, Korrina enjoys diving into the pages of a good book, spending time with Sam and their loved ones, especially their two Boston Terriers and crazy cat, and traveling to destinations near and far.
